Go to synthetik.com and log into your Account or Register a new account.
When registering a new account make sure to use the same email address you used to purchase.
Password has to pass the STRONG test otherwise the system will reject it.
The most common account log-in issue is that someone tries to set a non secure password and it doesn't accept it. The dialog has a help hint of the proper combination of character types needed for it to be secure
